1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to cuci7. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and cuci7 ("Company", "we", "Platform") governing your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by cuci7.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the cuci7 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Terms outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to refrain from using the cuci7 platform.

2User Eligibility

The cuci7 platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Registering in a personal capacity as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party, company, or other entity.
• Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by any relevant regulatory body.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not holding any other active cuci7 account — each individual is permitted to hold only one account.

Cuci7 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to temporarily suspend an account while the verification process is underway if there is any doubt regarding a user's eligibility.

3Account Registration & KYC Verification

When registering a cuci7 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name as per your MyKad, date of birth, active mobile number, and your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Cuci7 carries out a KYC process to verify the identity of all members before processing their first withdrawal. Required documents include:

• A clear and legible copy of your Malaysian MyKad (both sides).
• A selfie holding your MyKad next to your face.
• Proof of ownership of the destination bank account or e-wallet for the withdrawal (if requested).

Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of the account's withdrawal function until the process is completed. cuci7 reserves the right to request additional documents if required for compliance purposes.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci7 account password and login details. cuci7 will never request your password via email, SMS, social media, or any other channel. Contact cuci7 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cuci7 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered under the same name as the cuci7 account holder.
• Cuci7 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of other members.
• Successful deposits are automatically credited to your cuci7 account balance.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified account registered under the same member's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 to RM50 depending on the selected method.
• Cuci7 processes withdrawals within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the method and time of request.
• Cuci7 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawals involving bonus balances are subject to the applicable rollover requirements.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Cuci7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions detailed on the relevant promotions page. Users are advised to read the terms of each bonus carefully before accepting any offer.

General Bonus Principles

• The rollover requirement is the minimum betting amount that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new member.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or directly exchanged for cash.
• Cuci7 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Bonus balances that expire without meeting the rollover requirements will be automatically forfeited.

Bonus system abuse — including but not limited to the use of specific wagering techniques designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk — is a violation of our Terms and may result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on cuci7 use an audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome. The result of each game is final and cannot be disputed.

• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or technical errors within the cuci7 system must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Wins generated through the exploitation of bugs may be voided and the associated account may be terminated.
• Cuci7 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds if a clear technical error occurs during the course of play.
• Users are prohibited from attempting to influence game outcomes through any unlawful or unethical means.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Cuci7 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reporting or confirmation of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt cuci7's systems or other users.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Members may also close their cuci7 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure is subject to identity verification and the settlement of all outstanding rollover requirements before the final balance withdrawal is processed.

9cuci7 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cuci7 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by users as a result of gaming activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond cuci7's control, such as outages from external internet service providers.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the cuci7 platform.

10Amendments to these Terms

Cuci7 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

Cuci7 will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the Terms. Continued use of the cuci7 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to the use of the cuci7 platform are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be excluded or limited to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
